What Makes Us Different
EXPERIENCE
Scaling a business requires taking risks. We’ve worked inside growing businesses and advised C-suite leadership. We know how to provide pragmatic counsel that matches your company’s stage of growth.
EFFICIENCY
Typical law firms don’t move at the speed of your business. We do. G2L is fully virtual and prides itself on staying lean and agile. This structure requires less overhead and enables us to provide first-class counsel at a fraction of our competitor’s rates.
RELATIONSHIPS
We created G2L to play a part in our clients’ stories. Your issues matter to us, and we understand that even small bumps in the road can seem big and feel stressful. We’ll be there to help you navigate through them.
Corey Gerson
Corey is a co-founder of G2L. He is a business and technology lawyer and focuses on structuring and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, data privacy concerns, and other day-to-day “in-house” legal matters. Corey’s clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 100 companies, and he routinely advises businesses in a diverse set of industries that include SaaS, AI, data and analytics, marketing, software, hardware, and professional services.
Corey started his career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York City where he focused on both litigation and commercial legal matters. After several years in Big Law, Corey transitioned in-house and joined the commercial legal team at Nearmap and then at Databricks. These experiences drove Corey to start G2L and he now helps his clients overcome the same types of legal challenges that he successfully resolved earlier in his career.
Corey earned his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where he was a member of the American University Business Law Review, and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with honors and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. When not working, he can be found outside hiking, camping, and skiing across Colorado.
Corey is admitted to practice in Colorado and New York.
Jane Levine
Jane is a Co-Founder of G2L. She comes from a long line of small business owners and she started G2L because she is passionate about helping companies scale and operate efficiently.
Jane began her career at Harvey Siskind LLP, a nationally recognized trademark boutique in Northern California. She then transitioned in-house at WalkMe, where she was the first attorney supporting a rapidly expanding global SaaS business. After a few years, Jane took another in-house role at Databricks where she helped scale the company from 250 to over 4,500 employees. In both roles, she regularly counseled C-suite leadership and handled matters including negotiating commercial transactions with Fortune 10 customers, building scalable sales processes, navigating complex, global employment matters, and opening international subsidiaries.
Jane holds a B.A. with honors from UCLA and a J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was an editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and a member of the Samuelson Clinic for Law, Technology & Public Policy. Jane spends her free time chasing after her two young sons, hiking in the mountains of Colorado, and traveling as much as possible.
